Welcome to MedFit Health. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including browsers, patients, employer contacts, and anyone engaging with our services. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Strategic Cost Containment LLC dba MedFit Health ("MedFit Health," "we," "us," or "our"), headquartered at 1209 S. MedFit Health is not a pharmacy, compounding pharmacy, or drug manufacturer. We do not compound, manufacture, dispense, or ship medications. All medications dispensed through MedFit Health programs are compounded and distributed by independent, licensed partner pharmacies that maintain appropriate state and federal licenses. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished drug products and have not undergone the same FDA review process for safety, efficacy, and quality as FDA-approved finished drugs.

All content on the MedFit Health website, including product descriptions, images, logos, graphics, and written materials, is the property of MedFit Health and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission.
5. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
By placing an order or inquiry through our services, you agree that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or program at any time without liability. All orders are subject to availability.
Some programs are auto-renewing. By enrolling in an auto-renewing program, you consent to be automatically charged unless you explicitly request cancellation before your payment is processed. There are no refunds or exchanges on dispensed medications once a prescription has been issued. A credit card must be kept on file to render services.
6. Shipping Authorization
All prescription medications dispensed by our third-party pharmacies are dispensed according to state and federal law. The customer requesting shipping disclaims and agrees to hold harmless MedFit Health for any delays or errors during the shipping process. MedFit Health is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances. Medication is considered dispensed and the order completed when it is signed out for shipping, not when it arrives via delivery.
7. Employer and Broker Inquiries
Information provided through our employer inquiry forms is used solely to prepare customized program proposals and savings analyses. Savings estimates are illustrative and based on typical market pricing. Actual savings will vary based on group size, utilization, plan design, and other factors. MedFit Health makes no guarantee of specific cost savings.
8. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, submit false or fraudulent information, attempt unauthorized access to any system, use automated tools to scrape data, impersonate any person, or transmit malicious code or harmful content.
