8. No Services to Persons Under 18
MedFit Health does not knowingly provide services to minors under 18 years of age.

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide you with additional rights. Note that the CCPA does not apply to PHI governed by HIPAA or "medical information" governed by the California Confidentiality of Medical Information Act (CMIA).

- Right to Non-Discrimination: We do not discriminate against you for exercising any CCPA privacy rights
